African Fashion International Cape Town Fashion Week
AFI Cape Town Fashion week will run from the 21st to the 24th of March showcasing the best of African fashion; attracting only the most glamorous of the continent’s glitterati and important of the thriving African fashion scene. Hotly anticipated: Ghanaian based luxury women’s wear brand Lumiere Couture (pictured) will be showcasing at the event this year.

Jazz Festival
The Cape Town Jazz Fest (taking place on the 23rd and 24th of March) is the largest Jazz festival on the African continent. Advertised as “Africa’s Grandest Gathering”, the sophisticated event attracts everyone whose anyone in the international Jazz, RnB and Soul scene. Artists like Simphiwe Dana, Corinne Bailey Rae, Masego and Black Motion will be featuring this year.
